How do you view the Cuban help to Haiti

Cuba under Fidel Castro, Has sent medical Doctors to deliver free medical care to the population living  in the country side. More than 600 medical Doctors are actively working in hait; In cuba  a medical school was implemented to accept student from Haiti  and train them to join the Team of Cuban doctors actually working in Haiti. If you have any experience on this fact please give your opinion.
